From Bus Platform #5 at Izumi-Chuo Station, take #300 to Osaka Gijutsuken Mae or #302 and #303 to Techno Stage-Izumi Shoko Kaigisho, and get off at the Osaka Gijutsuken Mae bus stop. (10 min., JPY200)

From Houenzaka Exit on Hanshin Expressway #13 (Higashi-Osaka Line), go east on Chuo Odori, turn left at Morinomiya Public Housing Mae intersection, then go straight approx. 350 meters.
When you come from Higashi-Osaka area, please make a U-turn on Chuo-odori St.

[Using regular roads]
Go north approx. 350 meters from Morinomiiya Public Housing Mae intersection.
When you come from Kyobashi area, you are unable to enter the Morinomiya Center by a right turn.

By Train

Approx. 10 min. walk from both North Exit (JR Osaka Loop Line) and Exit #4 (Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line) at Morinomiya Station, walk east along Chuo-odori St., turn left at Morinomiya Public Housing Mae intersection, then go straight approx. 350 meters.
